The staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. I appreciated the early breakfast service offered before our day trip to Pompeii. They ensured that breakfast was ready which was a thoughtful touch. The transfer to Naples airport was efficiently organized by the staff.
I did not find certain electronic outlets in the room to be fully functional. This small detail affected the convenience of charging devices. The room otherwise met all basic needs.

this location was excellent for exploring. i could walk everywhere. the staff was friendly and helpful. they offered a laundry service, and it really helped me get my clothes clean after traveling. i dropped off my bag in the morning, and i got clean, folded clothes in the afternoon.
the mattress was not great. it felt cheap. i hope they upgrade those in the future.

the room was a bit small i expected more space for the price. also the breakfast area was cramped with only three tables it felt crowded when others walked behind me as i ate. the coffee wasn't great either which was disappointing. the wifi kept disconnecting it was annoying to rejoin every time i set my device down.
